Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging when applicable
We may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A refund at our discretion
Non-Returnable Items
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Prepared beverages
- Prepared desserts
- Perishable food items
- Opened products
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
