SMS Terms & Consent

Effective July 12, 2026

On this page

Tiki Coffee & Desserts does not send text messages today. This page explains what we do with a phone number if you give us one, and what would change if that ever does.

Why We Ask for Your Phone Number

At checkout, we ask for a phone number so we can reach you about that specific order — for example, a quick question about your pickup. We do not use it for anything else.

No SMS Marketing Program

We do not currently run an SMS marketing program, and we do not send automated or promotional text messages. The marketing opt-in at checkout is for email only ("Email me Tiki news and offers") — it never signs you up for texts.

If That Ever Changes

If we start sending SMS messages in the future, we will ask for your clear, separate consent first, and every message will include a way to stop it and a way to get help, consistent with standard SMS practices. No such program exists today, so there is nothing to opt out of yet.
